    • A Corporate Performance Specialist is a professional who specializes in improving the overall performance and efficiency of the
    • employees of an organization. Their role involves customizing job roles, managing KPI's, tracking employee performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing performance strategies to enhance productivity, and achieve success.
    • They often utilize data analysis, bench marking, performance metrics, and strategic planning techniques to drive employee engagement to achieve organizational goals.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assessing and analyzing the employee's current performance metrics and identifying areas of inefficiency or under-performance.
    • Developing and implementing performance strategies to enhance productivity among employees.
    • Design custom job roles and develop a performance management framework.
    • Establishing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
    • Plan and organize training programs, research contents for facilitation.
    • Providing guidance and training to employees to improve their performance and contribute to the organization's success.
    • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies and making adjustments as needed.
    • Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve corporate performance continually.
    • Organize and monitor periodic reports on employees.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Science or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in performance management.
    • Ability to analyze data and develop metrics to track performance and success.
    • Knowledge of employment laws, best practices in performance management.
    • Knowledge of performance management tools.
