Corporate Finance Analyst at TransAlliance Group

Job Summary:

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Finance Analyst at Transalliance Group located in Lagos, with some work from home flexibility.
• The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial statements, financial modeling, and utilizing strong analytical skills to provide strategic financial insights.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis for project financing and investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including cash flow forecasting, valuation models, and scenario analysis.
• Support capital raising activities, including preparation of investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial projections.
• Analyze market trends, industry data, and competitor benchmarks to provide strategic insights.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial feasibility and funding structures.

Requirements:

• Financial Planning and Financial Modeling skills.
• Expertise in project finance, advanced financial modeling, and capital raising model long and short-term.
• A strong background in Accounting, economics, or finance is required.
• Experience with financial statements analysis.
• Knowledge of finance principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
