advising clients about mergers, acquisitions, shares, and other large-scale financial activities.
preparing lending agreements
producing reports and other documents.
managing and growing relationships with clients.
training and supervising junior bank staff.
Preparation of credit submissions and other documentation related to the transaction approval process (including assistance related to loan syndications, pipeline management, single name strategies, and Exceptions Committee papers) through closing and ongoing monitoring.
Work in a team environment with Investment Banking, DCM, FX.

First-Class or Second-Class Upper degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, law, etc.
