Copywriter at M-KOPA

We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating compelling communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes crafting engaging social media posts, eye-catching product flyers, informative flyers for internal and sales agent communication, captivating outdoor advertising materials (billboards, posters, etc.), and writing scripts for video content.

You will also play a key role in digital media buying, conducting regular reporting, developing effective social media content strategies, and monitoring online media for brand building and customer acquisition. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create customer education materials such as how-to guides and explanatory materials on financing and company policies. Job Requirements

Writing communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to:

Digital media buying for our web platforms, including:

• Social media posts
• Product flyers
• Flyers for internal and sales agent communication
• Outdoor advertising materials – Billboards, Posters, etc
• Script ideation and writing for video content
• Customer education materials – How-to guides, Financing, and M-KOPA Policies explainers
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Creating and making recommendations on social media content strategy.
• Media monitoring - for online brand building and customer acquisition
