Copy Writer / Content Developer & Digital Marketing Officer at Getfit Technologies

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish engaging posts for the various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience's behaviors.
• Select appealing images and videos to complement text.
• Update our social media pages with compelling company news.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g for events, open roles and product releases)
• Track and report on social media insights (traffic engagement, shares, conversion rates)
• Apply advertising techniques to boost and awareness, like promotion and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Writing new web content and editing existing content.
• Editing and proofreading new content before publication.
• Managing the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media.
• Analyzing performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content.
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our services in well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed
• Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
• Acting according to the data insights/ metrics information
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 2 - 4 years experience.
