Job Summary

• The Female Coordinator (Manager) will be responsible for coordinating and supervising gardeners and managing the day-to-day operations related to female facilities within the university environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise gardeners assigned to female areas
• Ensure cleanliness, landscaping, and environmental maintenance
• Oversee daily operational activities within designated female facilities
• Monitor staff attendance and work schedules
• Report operational issues to management promptly
• Maintain order, discipline, and proper use of facilities
• Ensure compliance with university standards and policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
• Previous supervisory or coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage people effectively
• High level of professionalism and responsibility
• Preferably Female.
