The Female Coordinator (Manager) will be responsible for coordinating and supervising gardeners and managing the day-to-day operations related to female facilities within the university environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise gardeners assigned to female areas
Ensure cleanliness, landscaping, and environmental maintenance
Oversee daily operational activities within designated female facilities
Monitor staff attendance and work schedules
Report operational issues to management promptly
Maintain order, discipline, and proper use of facilities
Ensure compliance with university standards and policies
Requirements:
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
Previous supervisory or coordination experience is an advantage
