Coordinator - Impact Assessment and Information Management at MTN Nigeria

Reports To: Manager - Impact Reporting

Mission:

• To manage MTNF projects and ensure proper monitoring, evaluation and providing insightful information to relevant stakeholders for prompt decision making.

Description:

• Manage the approval process of uploading/downloading or editing of content on the MTNF Digital Content Platform and drive content upload.
• Drive regular upload of content generated by the media agencies to the MTNF Content Management Platform and MTNF website.
• Drive the testing of all  completed MTNF Digital Solutions to ensure optimal functionality and also track progress of on-going solutions while ensuring timely completion and deployment of solutions.
• Escalate user complaints in respect of the MTNF Content Library, drive change requests and ensure proactive steps are taken to forestall any recurrence of system mal function/glitches.
• Track all leveraging activities of MTNF projects/interventions on all internal and external traditional and digital media platforms.
• Mine, sort, and clean data from nominations to support various intervention processes.
• Drive social media awareness and traffic to the MTNF Website through update of contents.
• Review all MTNF Contracts while ensuring the appropriate portfolios are notified in case of contracts nearing expiration.
• Design implementation schedule and track progress made by the project implementing partners/vendors.
• Liaise with Corporate Affairs team on the production of MTNF annual report.
• Liaise with key stakeholders at different levels of society, business, government departments and NGOs.
• Seek collaboration in projecting/showcasing MTNF’s initiatives via various platforms like PSAG, ASIS, AVPA, WIMBIZ, WISCAR etc.

Education:

• First degree in any relevant discipline 
• Fluent in English 
• Project management training/certification

Experience:

3-7 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others

• Experience working in a medium organization 
• Experience in project management
