Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook continental and national dishes in line with approved menus.
• Ensure meals are nutritionally balanced and served at scheduled meal times.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all food preparation areas.
• Properly store and manage leftover food in line with food safety procedures.
• Operate kitchen and catering equipment safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all HSE, fire safety, and SERVESAFE requirements at all times.
• Work closely with the Camp Boss, chefs, and galley staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with menu planning and follow established galley schedules and procedures.
