Job Description

• Prepare and cook food according to our recipes and standards
• Oversee food preparation and cooking
• Manage and supervise kitchen staff
• Order supplies and inventory
• Ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Contribute to the development of new menu items
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• 2+ years of experience as a cook, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• 2+ years of experience managing and supervising a kitchen staff
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
