Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to hotel standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adjust menus based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients
