Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes, menus, and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and visually appealing manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen manager or supervisor.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients properly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations.
• Follow portion control guidelines and minimize food waste.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously improve cooking skills and techniques.
