• In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to set recipes and hygiene standards, ensuring consistency, taste, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure all food is cooked and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or spoilage.
• Comply with food safety and health regulations.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation during peak hours.
• Label and date food items for proper storage and rotation.
• Support in training new kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and managers.

Qualifications

• Additional training or certification in culinary arts is a plus.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.
