Cook at Maison Fahrenheit

• Maison Fahrenheit is a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Victoria Island. We are known for refined hospitality, exceptional service, and a unique culinary experience that blends local and international flavors. We are currently seeking a talented and disciplined Cook to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high quality dishes in accordance with the hotel’s standards
• Assist in menu execution for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
• Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Support inventory management and reduce kitchen waste
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver timely service

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a cook in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian and continental cuisine
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Team player with attention to detail
