Monitor terminal processes through the use of control systems, distributed control systems (DCS), and other relevant technologies.
Take timely corrective actions to maintain optimal operating conditions and respond to deviations from standard parameters.
Respond to alarms promptly, diagnose issues, and implement corrective measures to prevent disruptions to operations.
Collaborate with maintenance and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified operational issues
Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Effectively communicate with field operators, maintenance personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate activities and respond to operational needs
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with the Project and maintenance teams to implement upgrades and modifications to enhance plant performance.
Prepare shift reports detailing key events, issues, and actions taken during the shift.

Requirements
Minimum of OND in relevant discipline
Minimum of 2years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting control systems and DCS
Understanding of terminal processes, instrumentation and equipment
Familiarity with hazardous operations and emergency response
Keen attention to details
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially during high-pressure situations.
