Job Position: Continental Chef (Quick Service Restaurant )

Job Description:
We are currently looking for versatile, intelligent and energetic restaurant continental chef passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly team. This person will be responsible for providing passionate, charming and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing customized meal plans based on preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
• Shopping for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
• Inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
• Preparing meals in clients’ kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
• Appropriately packaging and labeling prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date.
• Researching new meal plans and recipes.
• Keeping records and accounts of food purchases, preparation procedures and overall tips.

Qualifications:

• Maximum of OND, Smart SSCE holder  can also apply
• Experience in the hospitality industry could be an added advantage but not compulsory
• Must be able to work in a team enviroment
• Must reside on the Island axis (Lekki, V.I)
