• The Continental & Local Dish Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality continental and Nigerian dishes in line with Ofada Heaven’s Afro-fusion fine dining standards.
• The role requires creativity, consistency, and strict adherence to food safety and presentation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of continental and local dishes according to standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
• Minimize food wastage and manage kitchen efficiency
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials when required

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 year of experience.
• Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian and continental cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
