Content Strategist at Oxygen X

The position

• The Content Strategist will report to the Head of Marketing and have overall responsibility for enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and overall communication effectiveness through thoughtful content planning and execution.

In this role, you will

• Work with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager to build a comprehensive content calendar aligned with target audience and business goals.
• Work with the customer experience team to analyze audience behavior and preferences and create tailored content that resonates with the audience.
• Maintain brand consistency by sticking to established guidelines for tone, style, and messaging across all content channels.
• Monitor content performance by using analytics tools to track reach and engagement, gather insights, and refine content based on data-driven decisions, adapting to market trends and audience behaviors.

We are looking for people with

• 1 – 3 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, and/or Copywriting.
• A Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university
• Experience working in fintech or any consumer-focused business
• Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator, and/or influencer
• High-energy, creative thinking and a demonstrated history of driving results
• High level of attention to detail
• A Collaborative mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills
