    Content Marketing Specialist

    Seniority: Associate level

    About Your Role

    • As our Content Marketing Specialist, you will be part of our sales & marketing team leading content strategy and execution across customer acquisition (both inbound and performance), product, brand and communities.
    • You will work closely with subject matter experts across teams to create and curate content that will help us reach our business goals. Some of your job duties include target audience definition, patient trends research, content creation, editing, content distribution and content metrics.
    • An ideal profile for this role is a great storyteller, has a keen eye for details, and highly creative.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with subject matter experts across marketing, product, & operations teams to ideate and define content goals.
    • Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
    • Developing content strategies to effectively reach our target audience and marketing goals.
    • Creating and repurposing content for marketing campaigns and a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
    • Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
    • Ensuring that SEO and Social Media Content strategies are effectively implemented.
    • Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
    • Coordinating with different teams to ensure timely delivery of assignments.
    • Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
    • Continuously measure content effectiveness (content quality, language quality, consistency of language, and strength of community) through analytics and implement modifications based on findings.
    • Identify needs and gaps in our content and recommend new ways to increase customer engagement.
    • Research trends related to our industry and create engaging content with new trends.

    Core Requirements

    • 3-5 years experience in a similar role such as a B2C content marketer, content creator, etc.
    • Strong understanding of content creation techniques and practices in SEO, SMM, and PPC.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in in English.
    • Knowledge and proven experience with Inbound Marketing.
    • Experience working with CMS tools and web analytics tools (Contentful, Google Analytics, etc.) and platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
    • Excellent computer skills with Google Suite.
    • Proven experience creating various engaging written and visual content - blogs, emails, slides for webinars, sales, social media, infographics, podcasts, etc. including a portfolio.

    Additional Requirements:

    • If you are not currently in a marketing role but have experience in marketing and are passionate about the role, please apply.
    • Your work would be easier if If you are familiar with the healthcare industry or have a medical background.
    • Other content creation skills such as video and sound editing is a plus but not mandatory.
    • You are curious or passionate about working in a technology-oriented and agile work environment- you can use multiple technological software and proficient with mobile applications.
    • You have a collaborative attitude to work and you are looking to share knowledge and learn from others.
    • You are driven, hard-working and uncompromising in delivering high-quality work in tight timelines.
    • You have a proven track record of earning trust, taking ownership, and successfully delivering results.

    • Initial Interview: We will use this interview to get to know you, validate a few details, and answer your questions.
    • Technical Task: To better examine your technical prowess, we will put you in a simulation context relating to what your role entails, then evaluate your solution. Based on your initial interview, you will receive an invitation to this stage of the process.
    • Final Interview / Technical Debrief: If you are successful in both the Initial Interview and the technical task, we will invite you to a final technical interview.
    • Reference Check and Decision making: If need be, we will request references and conduct a check before making a hiring decision.
