• Concept Development & Strategy: Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to generate creative video ideas aligned with brand voice.
• Project Management & Execution: Oversee video production projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and smooth on‑site shoots.
• Content Creation & Post‑Production: Produce, film, and edit high‑quality videos for multiple platforms, enhancing with sound, graphics, and effects.
• Revenue‑Driven Content: Develop engaging video content that boosts viewership, customer retention, and supports sales/lead generation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure all video outputs meet project requirements and stakeholder expectations through effective communication and delivery.

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard platforms are highly desirable.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Communications, or Digital Media is preferred.
• Attendance at a specialized film school is considered an asset.
• Must possess a minimum of three years of experience in content creation, including expertise in video shooting and editing with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Filmora.
