Content Creator at FAME Foundation for Girls and Women Empowerment

Role

• The Content Creator will develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content that showcases FAME Foundation's programmes, campaigns, events, and impact stories. This role requires someone who can think creatively, work collaboratively, and produce content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and FAME Foundation's website.
• Write compelling captions, articles, newsletters, and campaign materials.
• Capture and edit photos and short-form videos during events and field activities.
• Design simple graphics and visual content using Canva or similar tools.
• Plan and manage content calendars.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all content aligns with FAME Foundation's brand and communication goals.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• An interest in gender equality, women's rights, youth development, or the non-profit sector.
• A degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
