Job Summary:

• Creaniacs is looking for a creative and skilled Digital Creator to manage and grow the social media presence of a leading beauty brand. This role blends content creation with social media management to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies to enhance the client's online presence and customer engagement.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, including photos, videos, and written posts that highlight brand offerings.
• Capture and produce engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to keep the brand at the forefront of digital trends.
• Collaborate with the brand’s management team to ensure content aligns with the overall brand vision and marketing goals.
• Manage the brand's social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategies, and report on campaign performance and engagement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and the beauty industry to continually enhance the brand’s online presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management and content creation for a beauty brand, or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Ability to create captivating beauty contents that appeals to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with photography and videography techniques that highlight the aesthetic appeal.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), video editing software (e.g., Capcut), and social media management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to visit the Creaniacs office once a month (Compulsory).
