Job Summary:

• Creaniacs is seeking a talented Digital Creator for a beauty brand.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok) and creating engaging content to promote the brand's products and services.
• This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and digital marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with the brand’s marketing team to align content with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
• Manage the brand's social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to continually enhance the brand’s social media presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the beauty industry (1 year+).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a flair for visual storytelling and brand alignment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
