 Key responsibilities

• Create short-form content including videos, graphics, carousels, and explainers from existing stories and research
• Adapt long-form editorial work into engaging, shareable formats without losing nuance or accuracy
• Support social impact campaigns, events, and advocacy projects with timely creative assets
• Collaborate with editorial and growth teams to refine formats based on audience engagement

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience creating digital content, preferably around social, civic, or development issues
• Strong storytelling instincts and platform awareness
• Basic video editing, design, or motion skills are an advantage
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with editorial teams
