As a Contact Centre Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our consulting teams by managing inbound and outbound client communications. You will develop skills in client service, issue resolution, CRM systems, and stakeholder communication while being coached for long-term growth within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Log and track all customer interactions using CRM tools and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Collaborate with internal consulting teams to resolve client issues and ensure service excellence.
Participate in regular training sessions to develop consulting knowledge, customer service skills, and industry insight.
Monitor service level metrics and contribute to performance reports for management.
Assist in quality assurance, customer feedback collection, and process improvement initiatives.
Uphold company standards and ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements
Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a professional services environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
