Overview

• We require the provision of KIMOCE and Building Maintenance Reporting Services in EKO Tower. Building Management System (BMS) shall provide support for a standard integration platform, advanced controllability, sophisticated monitoring, measurement, verification and versatile reporting of the Eko Towers installed facilities.
• The system integration shall gear towards significant lower energy consumption, real-time control and monitoring through dynamic graphics

Job Description
Physical Operation of the BMS and KIMOCE Centre within Eko Towers:

• Monitoring the Building Management System (BMS) including but not limited to daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting of installed facilities in Eko Towers.
• Provides Maintenance interface with EKO Maintenance and other Units to ensure effective maintenance of Eko Tower facilities.
• Remotely diagnose energy optimization and trends such as:
  • Set Point Adjustment
  • Control Optimisation
  • Reset units after maintenance activities
  • Peak load management
  • Modifying mode setting of the controlled devices
  • Preventive maintenance
• KIMOCE software monitoring and reporting. Minor trouble shooting as may be required.
• Real-time control and monitoring through dynamic graphics.
• Watch out for alarms and monitor system malfunctions of installed equipment such as;
• Cooling and ventilation system – (Fan Control Unit (FCU’s), Chillers, Air Handling Unit (AHU) Thermostat, etc)
• Electrical, UPS and Other critical Equipment connected to the BMS control point.
• Set point adjustment
• Control optimization
• Reset units after maintenance activities
• Peak load management
• Modify mode setting of the controlled devices, etc
• Preventive maintenance
• Logging, reporting and downloading of error list on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis and initiate follow-up maintenance and corrective actions on these
• Liaise with IST or BMS and KIMOCE maintenance contractor to always ensure system integrity.

Requirements

• B.Sc or equivalent in Computer and Information Science or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

Important Information

• The hours of duty shall be five (5) working days each week (Monday to Friday, 07:00 am to 4:00pm).
• Contractor's personnel may be required to be on duty on weekends at Company’s request, this is however limited to a maximum of twenty-four (24) weekend days in a year
• All weekend service performed by Contractor’s personnel must be approved by Company representative and shall not exceed twenty four (24) weekend days in a year.
• Contractor shall adjust the work schedule of its personnel to meet Company's requirements.
