Construction Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 - 8 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Building and Construction
Department: Infrastructure

Job Description
- Select subcontractors
- Oversee the hospital construction from start to finish
- Negotiate costs within the scope of the projects
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Take control of project elements
- Provide technical input and ensure safe working environment in accordance with company procedures
- Oversee delivery of construction activities and resolving all issues related to construction.
Qualifications
- You must have at least Bachelor's Degree in the Built Environment, Construction Management or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction contract law.
