• Trucrete Solutions Limited, a leading construction and infrastructure company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our dynamic project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining boom pump equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and timely concrete placement on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete boom pump machinery in accordance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Position boom and outriggers properly to deliver concrete to specified locations.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and report faults as needed.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and laborers to coordinate pump operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
• Maintain daily logs and reports on pump usage and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience operating concrete boom pumps in a construction environment.
• Valid operator's license or certification relevant to the equipment type.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and pump layout plans.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety standards.
• Physically fit, with excellent coordination and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training in heavy equipment or pump operations is an advantage.
• Experience working in large-scale civil or industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with multiple boom pump brands and models (e.g., Putzmeister, Schwing).
