Community Manager at NairaBet

Responsibilities

• Build and engage NairaBET’s online communities across social platforms. 
• Create engaging content, manage conversations, and grow audience engagement. 
• Respond to customers, address concerns, and build strong relationships. 
• Execute activations, events, community outreach, and offline customer acquisition. 
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates to drive referrals and new customers. 
• Support online and offline marketing campaigns and promotions. 
• Identify opportunities to grow communities, acquire customers, and increase brand awareness. 
• Monitor engagement, campaigns, field activities, affiliate performance, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Experience in the gaming industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of social media platforms 
• Proven ability to build, grow, and engage online and offline communities
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Experience working with influencers, affiliates, ambassadors or community partners is an advantage. 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor engagement, reach, conversion, customer acquisition, and campaign performance.
