    Community Manager

    Job Objectives: 

    We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving engagement and interactions across various platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and other social media channels.

    Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

    Operational Responsibilities:

    Community Engagement:

    • Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement and interactions within the community.
    • Actively participate in discussions, respond to inquiries, and encourage meaningful conversations.

    Platform Management:

    • Manage and moderate community groups on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and other social media channels.
    • Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligns with the company's values and goals.

    Content Creation:

    • Create and curate content that resonates with the community, fostering a sense of belonging.
    • Develop engaging posts, updates, and multimedia content to encourage participation.

    Feedback and Insights:

    • Gather feedback from the community and provide insights to the marketing and leadership teams.
    • Monitor trends, sentiment, and user behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address community concerns and share valuable insights.

    Events and Initiatives:

    • Plan and execute virtual events, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance community involvement.
    • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations within the community.

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and others.
    • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve community engagement.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive online community.
