    Community Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage and engage a vibrant community of 5,000+ members through proactive outreach and relationship building.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, retention, and visibility.
    • Lead and manage community-centric projects and, where applicable, own product development initiatives that enhance community experience.
    • Plan, organize, and host both physical and virtual events—ranging from meetups to webinars—to foster cohesion and value.
    • Handle multiple concurrent events and ensure seamless execution.
    • Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, HR) to amplify community touchpoints and programs.
    • Build and nurture partnerships with external communities and organizations to drive talent engagement and increase visibility.
    • Manage community-focused social media channels—including content creation, publishing, and monitoring—to sustain active engagement.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2 - 3 years of experience in community management, preferably within tech or startup environments.
    • Strong project and event management skills, capable of running multiple initiatives concurrently.
    • Excellent communication—both written and verbal—for engaging diverse audiences.
    • Comfortable hosting and moderating both in-person and virtual events.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strategic external partnerships.
    • Familiarity with managing social media and community tools/platforms.
    • Experience collaborating within diverse and inclusive teams.
    • A proactive, creative, and mission-driven mindset.
