QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant academic qualifications (Diploma, HND, BSc or equivalent) for each role.
• Minimum 3–10 years of proven experience in similar roles within the mining or extractives sector.
• Certifications in safety, mine operations, or specific equipment handling will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in remote, rugged environments with multicultural teams.
