Requirements:
- BSc in Community Health Science.
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- A minimum of five O'level credits in WAEC, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Certificate of Registration with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN).
- Current Practicing License from the CHPRBN.
Note: A Higher Diploma (HD) in a Community Health professional certificate is an added advantage.
