Community Case Worker

Job Summary
- Coordinates community ART services
- Provides Home based care To PLWHIV
- Conduct Community Tracking
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse / Registered CHEW
- A minimum of SSCE
- Must be resident in Imo state
- Must understand and speak Igbo language.
