We are recruiting to fill the role of "Community Associate" on a "1 YEAR CONTRACT BASIS" 
Location: Port Harcourt (Candidates MUST Reside in this Location)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the customers in your community are happy
• Be responsible for resolving or escalating customer queries or issues
• Ensure your centre is always up to standard every day

Qualification 

• Graduate – BA/BSc/HND
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service 
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly & Customer-centric
• Self Starter
