Communications Officer at Estymol Oil Services

Job Objectives

• Strengthen Corporate Communication and Brand Consistency: Develop, implement, and maintain communication systems, policies, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent, accurate, and engaging messaging across all internal, external, and digital platforms.
• Drive Media Relations, Marketing, and Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute media campaigns, manage media buying and monitoring, produce high-quality marketing content, and lead social media strategy—including content creation, posting, and audience engagement—to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage Events, Campaigns, and Change Communication: Coordinate corporate events, marketing activations, and digital campaigns, while supporting change management initiatives through clear, targeted communication that improves stakeholder understanding and buy-in.
• Monitor Media Channels and Analyze Communication Performance: Conduct daily media monitoring, social listening, and analyze digital metrics (including social media insights and Google Analytics) to track brand conversations, measure campaign effectiveness, and guide data-driven communication decisions.

Key Requirements:

• A good 1st degree in humanities, social sciences, administration etc. or other fields
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate / external affairs, social media management and/or advertising within a reputable and structured business environment
• A good knowledge of newsletter conceptualization
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
