Communications & Engagement Officer at CSR-in-Action

Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and creative entry-level Communications & Engagement Officer to join the CSR-in-Action Team.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting compelling content, managing external relations, and implementing communication strategies to enhance our organization’s public image.

Requirements:

Ability to:

• develop and implement effective communication strategies.
• create engaging content for various purposes, including digital media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
• conduct research, develop proposals and coordinate their dissemination.
• support the organization and management of events to promote the organization’s activities.
• support the Business Development, Quality Management & Events Manager in maintaining quality standards and client relationships.
• interface with other members of the team regarding their communication requirements
• monitor, analyze and report on communication effectiveness.

Other requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Social Sciences
