Commissary Coordinator - Lagos at Eat'N'Go Limited

• Regular stock update reports, variance report, OER audit reports
• Ensure compliance in the commissary with all required standards
• Control food cost by minimizing spoilage, utilize food surplus and portion control and FIFO
• Supervise accuracy and costing during month end inventory
• Coordinates production, warehouse, inventory, distribution, and all operations within,
• Oversees the maintenance work done in the premises,
• Follows up with every receiving from the warehouse and with delivery to each store,
• Ensures the facility programs are strictly adhered To,
• Responsible for coordinating FSMS, QMS within the commissary,
• Ensure there is adequate stock for both finished product and raw material and must not be over stocked

Qualifications

• 5 years or more Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage /administration 
• Experience with the food and beverage industry and training /teaching
• High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
• Good analytical skills
• Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude
• Knowledgeable on Food safety,
• Great leadership skills,
• Team player,
• Inventory control,
• Good at Microsoft office and Excel,
• Good communication skill,
• Material management,
• Knowledge of NAV or SAP is a MUST.
