    Commercial Manager

    • You will engage with our clients, prospects and assist with the activities of planning and organizing the business operations in accordance with the MD.
    • You will be accountable for acquiring new contracts to enhance revenue and strengthen our market presence in Nigeria.
    • You will have a broad scope of work, as you will develop business in close consultation with the MD.
    • You identify opportunities and set a strategy and objectives for the relevant area/targets in consultation with the MD.
    • You are responsible for business development, acquisition and follow up on projects in consultation with the MD. Serve as a front office for our products and being the local knowledge center.
    • You have appetite for technical products and projects, in order to provide solutions to clients.
    • You build and nurture relationships with clients, and industry influencers.
    • You assist in market penetration and execution.
    • You implement marketing initiatives to create brand awareness and position the company as a leader in the industry.
    • Regular reporting to the MD on market performance, customer acquisition, and sales achievements.
    • Network in Construction and/or Oil&Gas sectors is an advantage.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years proven experience as a Commercial, Business Development, Sales Manager or Operational manager and relevant knowledge of the local market area and conditions.
    • Knowledge and experience in project tendering & execution.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ambition to further strengthen our presence in Nigeria.
    • Strong ability to identify market trends and potentials.
    • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Discipline and integrity are essential.
