College Registrar at Jigawa State College of Remedial and Advanced Studies

Responsibilities

• The Registrar shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the College and shall be responsible to the Provost for the day-to-day administration; 
• The Registrar shall also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of all other staff of the College; 
• The Registrar shall serve as the Secretary to the College AP&DC as well as other Standing Committees of the College; and .
• The Registrar shall serve as the Secretary to the Governing Council of the College.

Requirements
Candidate seeking for the post should possess any of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in any Management or Social Science course plus registration with a recognised professional management/administrative body
• Master's Degree in any Management or Social Science plus professional qualification in the field of Administration in Nigeria will be an added advantage;
• Candidate must possess 12 years of cognate working experience in an Institution of Higher Learning;
• Candidate must have been a Deputy Registrar in any institution of higher learning in Jigawa State;
• Documented knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is necessary for the post; and
• Candidates must be an indigene of Jigawa State.
