CNG Station Operator at Ascentech Services Limited

JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a competent CNG Station Operator to operate and monitor the station\'s equipment, including compressors, dispensers, storage cascades, and control systems. The successful candidate will ensure safe operations, maintain equipment performance, and comply with established safety procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor CNG compressors, dispensers, storage cascades, and associated equipment.
• Monitor operating pressure, temperature, gas flow, and equipment performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and report gas leaks, equipment faults, or other abnormalities.
• Perform equipment start-up and shutdown in line with operating procedures.
• Maintain daily operational logs, inspection checklists, and shift reports.
• Support routine maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team when faults occur.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure emergency systems and firefighting equipment are in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the station.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2–5 years\' experience in CNG station operations, industrial gas facilities, oil and gas, or a similar industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of compressors, high-pressure gas systems, and pressure control equipment.
• Ability to read gauges, monitor control panels, and record operating parameters.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and emergency response.
• Ability to identify operational faults and report them promptly.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in CNG operations, industrial safety, or equipment operation will be an added advantage.
