Client Service Officer at Excel and Grace Consulting

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries via phone, email, online, or in person.
• Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services.
• Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
• Maintain client records and documenting processes.
• Identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
• Recommend product improvements based on client services feedback.
• Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
• Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.

Requirements

• Interested candidate should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
• 2-3 years of experience in client services or a similar role.
• Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
• Advanced ability to resolve issues, and recommend improvements
• Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
