    Client Service Lead

    The Opportunity

    • DMTCAgency is seeking a Client Service Lead, a pivotal role within our agency leadership team, dedicated to driving client success and elevating our client services department to new heights.
    • This role is ideal for those eager to contribute to our vision and growth, ensuring the delivery of exceptional digital marketing solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    Client Services Leadership:

    • Act as the primary liaison for client communications, ensuring their strategic and service needs are met with unparalleled excellence.
    • Build and maintain client confidence by effectively managing accounts, projects, and campaigns, with a keen insight into their business objectives and digital strategies.

    Knowledge and Experience in Digital Marketing:

    • Must possess profound knowledge of digital marketing, with prior experience in a digital agency setting, ensuring the ability to understand and meet the digital needs of our clients.

    Operational and Strategic Oversight:

    • Ensure the client-facing delivery is operationally excellent and aligned with our business goals.
    • Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams, aligning on campaign objectives and deliverables.

    Business Management and Development:

    • Engage in the broader management of DMTCAgency, influencing decisions affecting agency operations and growth.
    • Lead business development initiatives, driving profitability through strategic client relationships and new business opportunities.

    Team Management and Development:

    • Foster a culture of growth, positivity, and high performance within the account handling team.
    • Oversee professional development and manage workloads, ensuring the team is primed to meet client demands.

    Financial and Resource Planning:

    • Manage financial targets and resources, ensuring the agency’s profitability and efficient utilization of freelancers and third-party vendors.

    Agency Representation and Leadership:

    • Embody DMTCAgency's values in all client interactions and industry engagements, ensuring a consistent service experience across our global presence.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, NCE or OND qualification in a relevant field with 3 - 5 years work experience.
