Client Service Associate at Quorum West Africa

Client Service Associate assist in improving client experience by acting as the customer liaison, handle and resolve client queries, develop strategies for improving customer services. Maintain business relationships with existing clients and bring new clients on board.

• Support organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as ensuring that client projects are implemented according to plan.
• Respond to client questions and queries promptly
• Planning, developing and managing client projects
• Managing client expectations and communicating with stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
• Ensuring clients request via message or emails are responded to within the hour.
• Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
• Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
• Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
• Liaise with different departments about client queries.
