Job Summary

• Our client in Enugu is in need of a goal orientated and target driven individual to join their team as a Relationship Manager. Your role will be to support the management in drafting financial plans, preparing reviews, supporting ongoing client relationships, generating new leads and converting to deals. The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm under pressure and be able to think on your feet.

What we Expect

• Collaborate in acquiring and leading client relationships, providing advice on a broad range of financial investment products and services
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Generating new leads/prospect and converting them to revenue
• Follow up on the existing customers and ensure satisfaction
• Identifying opportunities for greater profits
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
• Perform presentations to clients about our products or services and ensure adequate follow up
• Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities

Requirements / Key Skills Required

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Marketing or any other related course
• 1st Class or Second-Class Upper candidates are strongly advised to apply
• Experience Level: 1-2years
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organization
• Self-motivation and resilience
• Ability to take initiatives and sound and intelligent decisions
• Innovativeness and creativity.

Salary
N70,000 for a start.
