Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee various associations within the portfolio of AssociationsHUB Abuja.
• Implement growth plans, ensuring organic development and influence in respective fields.
• Handle membership management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for association members.
• Drive customer support activities, addressing queries, and maintaining excellent client relations.
• Manage and coordinate training programs, contributing to the professional development of association members.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective digital transformation and operational efficiency.
• Uphold corporate governance standards to ensure sustainability and ethical practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven experience in client management or client support role
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills with good presentation acumen.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
