About the Role:

• We are seeking a Client Account Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and maximize the value derived from our solutions. This role involves managing accounts, driving client success, and identifying opportunities for growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage client onboarding and provide training on our solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Monitor and resolve client concerns proactively.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of account management experience, preferably in legal tech or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of the legal industry and its technology requirements.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft office tools.
