Cleaning Supervisor at Multipro Consumer Products Limited

Key Job Functions & Core Deliverables

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaners.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to cleaning staff.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out efficiently and according to company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.
• Train and guide new cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and manage usage.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND in any discipline.
• 2 - 5 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Good time management and organizational skill.
