Job Summary

We seek to hire a smart, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with a special talent for handling projects and designing job specs. The individual will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining physical infrastructures and the environment.

Job Description

• Prepare feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data.
• Determine project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
• Prepare engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules
• Assist in plan and specification analysis to provide clear coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
• Coordinate field work including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes.
• Identify and implement construction-specific opportunities for improvement.
• Test building materials for quality and provide cost estimates and labor required for each project.

Requirement

• Civil / Structural Engineering Degree is required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years working experience
• Licensed by recognized Engineering Regulatory bodies in Nigeria ( Must be COREN Certified)
