    Chief Technology Manager

    Responsibilities
    Technical Strategy:

    • Develop and implement the organization's technical strategy and vision.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support business objectives.

    Technology Operations:

    • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology systems.
    • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of technology systems.
    • Manage technology budgets and resource allocation.

    Innovation and R&D:

    • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
    • Lead research and development initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services.

    Talent Management:

    • Attract, retain, and develop top technical talent.
    • Build and manage high-performing technical teams.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Communicate technical strategies and plans to stakeholders.
    • Build relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
    • Represent the organization in technical forums and industry events.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate technical risks.
    • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure technical performance.
    • Monitor and report on technical performance metrics.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4-8 years work experience.
