Educational & Professional Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in similar role
• Master’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, or Technology Management.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or Kaizen Certifications.

Role Responsibilities:

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and promote a culture of innovation across the organization, improving the innovation framework continually.
• Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives in all functional areas, monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop unique, innovative card products as key differentiators in the market.

Security & Compliance

• Act as Head of Compliance, overseeing physical and logical security departments to ensure that the organization’s activities align with scheme requirements.
• Represent management as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the security management system, ensuring the IT assets are fully protected from potential intrusions.
• Promote and maintain a strong security culture across the organization.

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Serve as Head of Quality Management, maintaining compliance with the ISO 9001:2025 standards and ensuring that QMS objectives are tracked and achieved.
• Submit monthly quality management reports to the CEO and COO, overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality output from all machines.

Strategic Business Technology Planning

• Support business technology planning by providing current knowledge and a vision for future technologies, aligning security and innovation efforts with the organization’s goals.
• Ensure that all security and compliance requirements are met to maintain necessary certifications.
